Heavy, dependable, and pretty wonderful all round. My only criticism is that the 20 cm diameter they mention is at the (open) top bit, not at the bottom where it counts! This must be some weird kitchen convention.
So it is a rather small pan, heavy, and I would recommend a handle-glove, because that gets very warm. Otherwise this is a perfect pan!

COLOUR - VOLCANIC ORANGE with the original NON-STICK INTERIOR:-
Super for pancakes and omelettes!
My current favourite recipe in this particular sized pan is from the splendid book, The Cast Iron Way to Cook by Sue Cutts, one of Le Creuset's consultants:-
'Classic Omelette with Parmesan Cheese and Chives', with a preparation time of just 2-3 minutes and a cooking time of 3 minutes.
Perfect for a quick lunch for one!

10 year guarantee, due to the non stick interior.
Wonderful, cast iron frying pan - even cooking and washes up easily, by hand, or pop it in the dishwasher!
Its versatility, due to the cast handle, also allows placing in the oven or directly under a grill, so browning that tasty cheese-topped dish is simplicity itself!
This colourful item is also pretty enough to take to the table, or have hanging around the kitchen!
If buying as a gift, why not add an IRON HANDLE GLOVE too?
This is a specially designed 'glove' which simply slides over the metal handle and is easier to use than a bulky oven glove.

This is a lovely pan. It is what anyone who loves gadgets and kitchen accessories longs for. It is perfect for frying small things such as eggs. My kids like pancakes from it, which it does perfectly.
Two words of warning; firstly don't drop it, they have a nasty habit of cracking, they are quite brittle. Secondly; being solid iron the handles get very hot.

Great little omelette pan or handy small frying pan. Solid cast iron, holds heat really well. Great for omelettes or if you just want to fry a small amount of something. I often use it if I am pan frying say a steak for one.
Expect this will last me a lifetime!

Top notch, I've had this over a year and cannot fault it. It's scratched a little underneath, but that's down to the knackered cooker my mrs has!
Would I buy another? Absolutely. Not that I expect to, this thing will probably outlast me!
